Full job description
Podcast Publishing:
- Manage and update the WordPress website with weekly podcast assets, including the edited audio, video, guest images, and copy.
Graphic Design:
- Use predesigned Canva templates to create visuals, including YouTube thumbnails, banners, and other graphics for social media and website content for the podcast.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to company style guidelines (training provided).
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and manage social media content on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn using SocialBee or similar tools.
- Develop engaging and ethical content that aligns with A Call to Thrive's mission and values, helping increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social channels, respond to audience interactions, and nurture relationships online.
Video Editing:
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut, including trimming, adding logos, hooks, and other branding elements to enhance viewer engagement.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, applying basic SEO principles and TubeBuddy for better search rankings.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Learn and apply SEO principles to digital content for social media specifically (training provided), helping increase visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Utilize tools such as TubeBuddy to optimize YouTube content for search and ranking purposes.
KPI Tracking and Performance:
- Work with the team to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to content performance and audience engagement.
- Report on KPIs using provided tools and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut).
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn SocialBee, TubeBuddy, and SEO tools (training provided).
- Excellent understanding of content marketing, social media, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and alignment with our values of empathy, innovation, and ethical leadership.
