Full job description

Company: Snazzy Solutions

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Job Type: Contract, 10–30 hours per week

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience and project complexity)

Overview

Snazzy Solutions is looking for a skilled and creative Website Designer to join our remote team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for a designer who loves crafting modern, clean, and high-converting website designs—and who wants to work closely with a small, collaborative team that actually values their input.

We primarily build sites using WordPress + Elementor, but we are looking to hiring a designer who works in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Your job is to design—it’s our job to bring your vision to life. If you happen to know Elementor, that’s a plus, but it’s not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-quality website mockups with user experience and responsiveness in mind
  • Translate client branding and goals into clean, effective page layouts
  • Collaborate with project coordinator and developer to ensure designs are implemented accurately
  • Deliver organized files and annotated prototypes to streamline the handoff process
  • Occasionally support on small revisions, branding updates, or content layout adjustments
  • Offer design insight and recommendations for new or evolving client projects

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showcasing modern, strategic website design work
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Elementor, or similar
  • An understanding of responsive design principles, layout hierarchy, and usability
  • Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with remote teams
  • A passion for helping small businesses look great online
  • Bonus: Experience with Elementor or WordPress (not required)
  • Bonus: Light branding or visual identity experience
