Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Freight Agents, with an established book of business, to join our team. As a Freight Agent, you will be responsible for managing logistics and transportation sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring efficient freight operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with carriers and customers
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize freight operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations
- Proven experience in transportation sales or logistics sales management
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
