Fremont Oktoberfest is seeking enthusiastic and experienced event staff to join our team for Fremont Oktoberfest, happening September 20-22, 2024. We have multiple positions available, offering a dynamic and fun weekend working at Seattle’s iconic fall celebration.
Available Positions:
1. Production Coordinator/Assistant
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, DOE
Work Dates: 9/20-9/22 (Additional shifts available 9/17-9/19)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for Production Coordinators and Assistants to help bring Fremont Oktoberfest to life. Ideal Coordinator candidates will have prior event production experience, with the right personality and initiative to guide a small team as they build and set up the event. Great Production Assistants will have a relentless can-do attitude focused on working quickly and efficiently over a long event day. Production team members must be able to lift kegs, use basic power tools, place signage overhead and other physical tasks.
2. Beer Tent Supervisor/Assistant
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, DOE
Work Dates: 9/20-9/22 (Some additional hours available 9/19)
Role Overview:
Do you have brains, brawn, or both? Join us as a Beer Tent Supervisor or Assistant! The ideal Beer Tent Supervisor will have an untiring positive attitude and experience pulling a small team together to meet common goals. They will be managing volunteers, overseeing inventory, handling security concerns, and, of course, lifting a few kegs. Great Beer Tent Assistants will be able to lift kegs all day, working together with their Tent Supervisor to create a fun environment for guests, staff, and volunteers.
3. Concessions Supervisor/Assistant
Pay: $20-$24 per hour, DOE
Work Dates: 9/20-9/22
Role Overview:
As a Concessions Supervisor or Assistant, you’ll be managing our Beer Garden, Ticket Booth, or Merchandise Booths. We’re looking for individuals with a great customer service orientation and prior POS experience who can ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the festival.
