Front-Desk Specialist
Real World Canine: Canine Daycamp, Boarding and Training Facility

Join Real World Canine and play an important role in turning our canine customers into happy, balanced and fulfilled dogs! Our facility is structured to allow green (dogs with no fear/aggression issues), yellow (dogs with mild fear/aggression issues) and red dogs (dogs strong fear/aggression issues) to experience a fun day camp, while also getting obedience and/or behavior rehabilitation. We do this by having a highly trained and motivated staff, with # certification areas that all employees can achieve. Employee salary progression is determined based on certifications achieved, and demonstration of certification techniques. The better you do the more you earn.

The front-desk specialist is a position for an outgoing, organized, person who loves interacting with people and dogs.

As the public face of Real World Canine, your duties will include:

· Organizing the day’s events for the dogs and other staff, including dog training and handling requirements.

· Greeting clients as they come in to drop off and pick up their dog(s).

· Getting information on each dog’s health and wellness status.

· Coordinating with management to disseminate individual dog information to guide their daily activities.

· Tracking dog’s arrival and departure and updating their status on the computer.

· Providing information to existing and prospective customers via phone, email, etc.

· Coordinating with management to update social media and post interesting and cute photos.

· Creating/Updating Day-camp, boarding and training reservations.

As our front-desk specialist, you will have the chance to be the very first person to help improve the lives of both our canine and human customer. You are the first person they see when they arrive, and/or sometimes even the last person they see when they leave. Join us and make a difference! · Must be 18 years or older.

· Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

· Computer/technology/MS Office (Word & Excel) competency required.

· Experience with ProPet or other appointment scheduling software a plus.

· Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

· Standing, sitting, bending, crouching, and stooping required.

Working Hours:

· Full Time, Monday – Friday, Tuesday - Saturday

Starting salary range:

$16.00+ hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
