Front End Web Developer

Cadence Labs is looking for an experienced remote web developer to join our remote-first team of developers! Only applicants located in Colorado, New York, Florida, Texas, Nevada, or California will be considered.

We are an agency started by, and run by, developers! Cadence Labs provides website development services to a variety of clients, with an emphasis on eCommerce. Unlike other agencies, we only provide development and design (no marketing, seo, managed hosting, etc).

You’ll work on a variety of Magento, Shopify, WordPress and custom web applications for brands large & small. This is a great position if you are detail oriented, have an eye for design, and love being challenged to build unique websites.

This role would be responsible for:

• Shopify theme development. App and extension development is a plus.
• Magento 2.x theme development.
• WordPress & WooCommerce theme development.
• Custom application development using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (React, Angular, Knockout).
• UX and performance improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• You have previous agency experience.
• You’re an expert with using CSS, SCSS, LESS and a range of JS frameworks.
• You’re a self-starter, eager to learn and hone your skills.
• You’re experienced with building themes for Shopify or Magento.
• You’re a pro with the command line, Git, and your local environment.

Bonus points:

• Experience with React or Angular
• Magento Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
