IZOLA is looking to hire team members to join our Front of House team. We are seeking people who are passionate about food, community and creating great customer delight. Responsibilities include telling the IZOLA brand story, taking orders, delivering hot-from-the-oven croissants to our dine-in guests, making drinks, helping clean our space, assisting the team with the dishes, assembling our signature gable boxes. In short, helping the team succeed in its mission.

Must be comfortable with computers and apps. While no prior experience with Google Sheets and Slack are required, you must have the ability to learn these two systems.

Availability Sat-Sun is required - please do not apply if you are unavailable any of these days. This is a part time position with shifts focused on the weekends, with the possibility of ad hoc shifts during the week as needed. There is a possibility that you will work a shift or two in Dishes to support in addition to the Front of House

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Bending/kneeling/stooping required
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a hot kitchen environment
• Must be able to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors

Part-time. Sat-Sun availability required. Shifts are between 5:30a-5p.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
