SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Part-time, Shipping/Fulfillment Clerk for horse show awards and other industry initiative elements. The position is approximately 20 hours per week. The days/hours schedule is flexible but would need to be during normal business hours, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Time management is a key part of the position as this role fulfills orders for horse shows and they must receive their awards prior to show dates. Also ability to work independently is a must. This position is responsible for moving boxes, access to and organization of storage room, and inventorying of awards. Ability to lift and move approximately 30-40 pounds is a requirement.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Manage inventory and fulfillment of Thoroughbred Incentive Program horse show award shipments according to schedules and deadlines as established from time to time
  • Support Thoroughbred Incentive Program
  • Assist as directed with processing of all documentation related to the Registry and customer service via telephone, email and mail correspondence as appropriate to resolve issues concerning registration related matters of Thoroughbreds
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by the Senior Counsel or Registrar.
