About Us:
PA Kidsfest is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that annually provides a fun, enriching festival experience for families in Bucks County. A key part of our mission is to support underprivileged children by providing backpacks and school supplies, ensuring they start the school year ready to succeed. As we grow, we’re seeking a driven and dedicated Fundraiser to join our team and secure donations and sponsorships that will help expand our impact.

Position Summary:
The Fundraiser – Donations & Sponsorship Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and securing monetary donations and sponsorships from businesses, organizations, and individuals. This commission-based role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about community service and building partnerships to make a real difference in the lives of local children.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and engage prospective sponsors and donors aligned with PA Kidsfest’s mission and values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community members to foster ongoing sponsorships and donations.
  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals, donor pitches, and presentations to highlight the impact of supporting PA Kidsfest.
  • Manage donor and sponsor communication, ensuring timely updates, acknowledgments, and gratitude for contributions.
  • Collaborate with the PA Kidsfest team to align on sponsorship benefits and recognition strategies to offer partners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or sponsorship acquisition.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines.
  • Passion for supporting community events and making a positive impact in children’s lives.
