PAY: Starting at $14/hr with opportunity for raises based on performance reviews
HOURS: approximately 36hrs/week. Our hours are Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm

JOB DUTIES/SUMMARY:
- Greeting and care of customers, guests, and artists
- Organization and management of artwork displays and sales
- Maintain relationships with gallery artists
- Management and stocking of snack bar
- Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of gallery space
- Inventory inspection and prep for shipping
- Giving guided tours and educating visitors on our history
The gallery coordinator will be responsible for greeting guests, interacting with artists and becoming knowledgeable about their work, receiving artists ware with care and data entry for new artwork, maintaining the cleanliness of the gallery including adjacent spaces, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, managing the snack bar, giving guided tours, interacting with musicians, vendors, customers, neighbors, artists and potential artists and various other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Work during business hours of Wednesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm
- Ability to self-manage
- Dependable self-starter
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Warm, friendly, outgoing personality that connects with customers, guests, and artists
- Honesty and trust in the care of the nonprofit

- Organized and efficient
- Basic computer skills including the ability to use Word, Excel, Shopify
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
