Summary

Sanico inc. is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Rear Load /Side Load Garbage Truck Operator. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and healthy community by safely and efficiently collecting residential and/or commercial waste.

THIS IS NOT JUST A DRIVING POSITION!!!

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-Class B) is required.
• Exit the truck multiple times per day
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Safety-first mindset
• Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Collect and load waste or recyclables into the rear and side of the truck
• Operate truck compactor mechanisms when needed
• Ensure safe and efficient route completion
• Interact with residents/customers in a courteous and respectful manner
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of truck and equipment
