Summary

Zappy’s Gas Store is looking for a part-time Gas Store Cashier/Attendant to assist customers with fuel purchases, manage transactions, and maintain a clean and organized environment. This role is essential to upholding our commitment to top-tier service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with fuel purchases and store transactions.
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately using POS systems.
• Stock shelves and coolers to ensure product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the store, at the pumps, and in surrounding areas.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Promote store specials and assist with in-store promotions.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
