Industrial Athlete/General Labor - Kripke Metal Processing

Great athletes aren’t made by easy days. They’re built in the grind, the repetition, the teamwork, and the discipline to show up and perform. At Kripke Metal Processing, we’re looking for someone who brings that same mentality to the floor every day.

Yes, this role is physical. You’ll move material, operate equipment, lift 25+ lbs. repeatedly, and work in a fast-paced environment. But what makes KMP different isn’t the workout — it’s what you get back.

The Role: What You’ll Train For and Own

No prior experience required. We’ll coach you up. What we need is the right mindset.

Learn and live the KMP culture — it’s the foundation of how we operate
Commit to safety protocols and follow them without shortcuts
Identify and purchase materials with growing expertise
Work with your hands using hand and air-powered tools
Perform repetitive lifts of 25–75 lbs. with proper form and consistency
Build your knowledge of the recycling process from the ground up
Master our systems and workflows with strong attention to detail
Operate a forklift and Bobcat (training provided)
Use basic computer skills to navigate our inventory and processing system
Identify ways to make our operation faster and sharper
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and competition-ready
Position is Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with some overtime (depending on the workload) during the week and on ½ day on Saturdays.
