General Manager

Your Role:

• Good Place Leadership: Steward, maintain, measure, and develop the business and its team in accordance with the 10 Areas as laid out in The Good Place Organization leadership guide. Guide the business in the 3 aims of a Good Place organization within PowerPro360.
• Strategic & Executive Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives to foster growth and strengthen competitive positioning. Guiding a team at multiple levels within an organization, and maintaining and growing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence, while managing resources effectively.
• Financial Oversight: Lead financial strategy, including budgeting and long-term planning, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks to company operations, financial performance, and reputation.
• Innovation and Growth: Promote innovation by integrating technological advancements and process improvements in service offerings.

Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role within the asset management, electrical, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in driving profitable growth and managing organizational transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
