Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced GeoThermal Driller to join our team in both Arizona and Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience with geothermal drilling apparatuses and a willingness to travel between job sites in both states.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, timely, efficiently and succinctly a core requirement.
  • Operate and manage geothermal drilling rigs.
  • Install and maintain geothermal systems.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Adapt to different site conditions and challenges.
  • Travel frequently between job sites in AZ and CO.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely with our leadership.
  • Conduct site assessments and plan drilling operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment.
  • Document drilling activities and results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve drilling issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage logistics for drilling operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific drilling standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with geothermal systems preferred; general drilling experience acceptable.
  • Ability to lift and manage heavy equipment.
  • Willingness to train candidates with relevant drilling experience.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications
  • State specific drilling certifications and licenses
  • Willingness to travel frequently between job sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
