Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and open-minded individuals to join our team as Geothermal Plumbers. This entry-level position is ideal for those who are new to the field and eager to learn. You will be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience with geothermal and HVAC systems. If you're not afraid of tools, are willing to learn, and want to be part of a forward-thinking team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of geothermal heating and cooling systems.
  • Learn to operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment used in geothermal plumbing.
  • Support the team in performing routine inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning opportunities to develop skills in geothermal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service and project completion.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience in geothermal plumbing required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new skills and techniques.
