Please note: If you're specifically looking for a software developer role, this will not be the right fit for you. Our office is still in the early stages, and we are not hiring software developers at this time. However, if your background is in development and you're looking to transition into another IT-focused role, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Location Note: While we are excited to consider applicants from across the country, we are prioritizing candidates who are located in or near the Melbourne, Florida area. If you are not currently based in the region, please note that it is unlikely you will be selected for the position as we are focusing on local talent for our new office.

Your Role:

As part of our growing team, you’ll gain experience in a variety of areas, including business development, sales, consultancy, technical support, and customer service management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior team members on both existing client projects and new client sales from day one.
• Analyzing customer needs and providing customized solutions.
• Assisting in the implementation and ongoing support of our service management solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous learning and development.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• An interest in roles such as Project Management, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Software Consultancy.
• A natural ability to think creatively and solve problems innovatively.

Preferred Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ITSM tools, are beneficial but not required.
