We are a hybrid training facility focused on training anyone from competitive athletes to learning how to do your first squat. We bring over 45 years of training experience to the table with training styles like: Ironman, HYROX, DEKA, CrossFit, Triathlon, Cross Country, Rowing and more.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes and provide expert guidance on exercise techniques and body mechanics.
Duties
- Conduct group fitness classes, including but not limited to Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit.
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness in workouts.
- Educate clients on anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, and body mechanics to enhance their understanding of fitness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and community among members.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and wellness to continually enhance class offerings.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to fitness training.
- Experience in program design for diverse fitness levels.
- Proficient in various fitness modalities including, Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit and personal training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals or groups effectively.
- Background in sports coaching is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while maintaining proper body mechanics.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Must have an active CPT and or CrossFit Lvl 1+
- Must have an active CPR/AED/First Aid License

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 8 per week
