Position Overview:
We're seeking a driven, experienced Sales Director who will actively generate, manage, and close new business opportunities while playing a critical role in defining and structuring our formal sales process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives independently, enjoys strategic thinking, and wants direct impact on company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging digital channels.
- Conduct effective client presentations and close new business deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle —from initial contact to proposal creation, negotiation, and account onboarding.
- Establish and formalize sales processes, pipeline management practices, and reporting structures to drive consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align sales strategy and goals.
- Provide regular updates and insights into pipeline health, sales activity, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or service-based company.
- Experience managing teams, quota-setting, and strategic planning is essential.
- Experience or aptitude in developing and structuring sales processes, pipeline management, and client onboarding.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
- Comfortable with autonomy and capable of driving results with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools (preferably Hubspot)
