Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Amata Salon in Rogers, MN has a part-time opening for an experienced stylist seeking to expand their client base. We welcome an average of 50 new clients monthly, providing an excellent opportunity for growth in our highly-rated salon.

Here's what we offer:

• Unique commission structure with the freedom of a renter.
• 50% commission on all services with no product fees.
• 10%-20% commission on retail product sales (including R+Co, Aveda, and Moroccanoil).
• Amenities: receptionist, Vagaro online scheduling, supplies, color, and two weeks paid time off per year, educational class reimbursement, discounted products and services .

Our busy salon has limited space for one candidate. The available schedule includes Mondays, Tuesdays (midday to evening), Thursday evenings, and every other Saturday.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Client retention rate above 75%.
• Completion of the pre-screening application, including phone screening, is mandatory for consideration.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 28 per week
