Position Overview:

We're looking for passionate, skilled stylists to join our team on a commission basis. This is a great opportunity for stylists who want to focus on their craft while benefiting from a supportive salon environment, client referrals, and professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional hair services, including cuts, color, and styling.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques.

Maintain a clean and professional workspace.

Collaborate with the Avera team to create a positive salon experience.

Adhere to state licensing and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida cosmetology license.

Minimum of 5 years of salon experience preferred.

Must have a decent base clientele.

Passion for hair artistry and strong customer service skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Motivated to grow a loyal clientele.
