SRW Products is the preferred source for hardscape accessories across the country, including geogrid, fabrics, diamond blades, polymeric sands and sealers. Headquartered in Princeton, Minnesota with distribution warehouses in New Jersey, Georgia and California this family-owned company boasts an exciting, fast-paced and hardworking culture.

SRW Products is currently seeking a Hardscape Field Representative to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create content and conduct local and regional training events for contractors at job sites
  • Network and build relationships with contractors and customers, current and prospective
  • Participate in industry events as a company spokesperson
  • Coordinate and lead product demonstrations at job sites
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques (i.e., referrals)
  • Suggest advertising and positioning ideas
  • Post about our products online (i.e., social media) using their own professional account
  • Monitor online hardscape industry groups, answer technical questions and thank our supporters
  • Create, share and respond to online reviews

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Strong social media presence on multiple platforms in a professional capacity
  • Comfortable being on camera
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in photography and videography
  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Brand Manager, Promoter or similar role
  • Certification from ICPI, preferred but not required
  • Industry certifications (i.e., block manufacturers), preferred but not required
  • Proven contractor experience in the hardscape industry
  • Proven experience selling hardscape materials, preferred but not required
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective strategies
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Capable of being on your feet for 4 – 6 hours
  • 20% Overnight travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
