Head Spa Technician

Reports To: Med Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced spa treatments according to our service standards
• Manage daily tasks in the Med Spa area, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' questions and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the Med Spa
• Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary to ensure availability and cost efficiency
• Develop and update treatment protocols and standards
• Work closely with the Med Spa Manager to implement marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician License
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a Med Spa or wellness center
• Proven ability to perform a variety of spa treatments
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of professionalism and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the Med Spa industry

Job Details:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
