Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

The primary responsibility of this role is overseeing athletic performance preparation, including—but not limited to—motivating athletes effectively and instructing them in the safe and proper execution of all training protocols.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of demonstrated experience working with both men and women athletes in a Division I strength and conditioning program
- First Aid, AED, and CPR certified
- Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and/or Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working with high school or college athletes
- Experience and strong background in using TeamBuildr and a variety of other training programs
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently lead, motivate, and inspire athletes to perform at their best.
- Effectively coach groups of up to 12 individuals through structured, high-quality training sessions.
- Support athletes in achieving their goals through both group training and individualized coaching.
- Conduct assessments and personal training sessions for clients of all ages and skill levels.
- Manage time effectively while ensuring accountability and delivering measurable progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education seminars and weekly staff meetings.
- Contribute to the upkeep and organization of a clean, professional training environment.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
