As a health coach, you will work directly with members to provide support, guidance, and accountability as they work towards their health goals. In this role you will:

· Build trusting relationships with members through active listening, compassion, and non-judgement

· Conduct consultations to understand members' health histories, goals, challenges and motivations

· Implement personalized health plans that consider members' needs, preferences and circumstances

· Educate and guide members on topics like nutrition, physicial activity, stress management, sleep, and more

· Provide ongoing support and accountability through check-ins and progress tracking

· Connect members to additional resources and services as needed

· Document interactions, progress and outcomes in member files

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
