Working at The Farmacy is like no other restaurant & retail experience.
Offering an Organic Market, Drive-Thru and Dine-In experience in a trendy and casual, fun setting. People interested in herbs, healthy cooking and LOVE people are encouraged to apply.
Launching in Luxemburg, WI May, 2023 Looking for people with the "spirit to serve"!
For starters, we cook real food using real organic herbs and spices. We also provide a clear path to success - by rewarding hard work and promoting from within. Our first “The Farmacy Market and Eatery” is just the beginning of our growth vision.

We empower each and every “Farmacist” and “Mixologist” to use their best judgment to ensure our Clients have the best experience, while balancing the needs of the company.
You won’t find any fast food or processed food here, so don’t expect to find typical job descriptions, either! REAL Training
We're committed to helping you learn the skills you need to succeed in both healthy eating and herbs. With thoughtful guidance and mentoring, and learning from each other, you’ll be set up for success. Each team member will be given online classes to learn about how to use herbs in our daily lives and we encourage all our team members to search out innovative ways to always be creating (our ABC’s)! Status Quo will never be found here.
REAL Cooking
Unlike some other places, we actually cook real food in our eatery—by hand in small batch. We start with raw ingredients and make delicious food of exceptional quality every day that get people talking, and feeling their best after a satisfied, therapeutic meal. We practice FOOD THERAPY. The art of eating what your body needs. We embrace the philosophy of “Eat to Live” not “Live to Eat”. Clients should feel energized and relaxed as they leave us and posting on social media about the amazing experience they just had with awesome people.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
A friendly, enthusiastic, make-no-excuses attitude.
Passion for excellence and a spirit to serve (both clients and team members) and the ability to anticipate our cliens’ needs.
Desire to learn how to create healthy herbal medicines and therapies and a passion for creativity in cutting edge retail products.
Be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate in English.

As a start up, our hats are many, but so are the rewards.
Herbal Mixologist/Server
While Mixologists wear many fun hats, common duties include:
- Ensuring our guests have the BEST experience whether they're looking for herbal tinctures and remedies for home or looking to have a great Food Therapy meal.
- Create an inviting atmosphere where guests want to come back again and again.
- This is a start up environment. Come to work each day willing to share and accept NEW ideas. No two days will ever be the same - if you're looking for boring - THIS IS NOT IT.
- Working with the GM to develop and maintain & change the restaurant menu and working with team members to strive to perfection, along with the Head Chef.
- Taking pride in your work environment.
- Have FUN and get people excited to learn and grow in all things herbal.
- Have a friendly attitude and be willing to learn and to share your own ideas.
- Having an attention to detail like Seinfeld’s “Soup Nazi” but having a “Mary Poppins-like” attitude!
