Full job description
CODE Plus, Inc., an IT government contractor located in Fairfax, VA have been in business for 29 years and have been servicing different agencies within the Federal sector. Currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Tier 1.
Responsibilities
Service Desk Incident initial point of contact to log, resolve and document end-user problems. Technical Support for Mobile Devices, Audio visual, and video teleconference equipment. Technical refresh support, involving deployment of new laptop hardware, operating system upgrades, and specialized software installation. Customer equipment relocation support and inventory
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.
- Proficient in using Active Directory
- Strong customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- U.S Citizen
