Full job description

LPN Home Health Nurse

We are seeking LPNs interested in providing skilled nursing care to adult patients within their homes. Our clients are referred though Georgia Dept of Behavioral health and have a intellectual disability along with other healthcare problems.

Our ideal candidate must be compliant and punctual with shifts and electronic documentation.

Good communication skills with staff and multidisciplinary team is required.

The candidate must have a reliable method of transportation and have open availability for shifts of interest. All shifts are during the day and vary in hours.

Candidate must have active Georgia LPN license

Be willing to conduct fingerprinting/background check at the cost of 50.00 and will be reimbursed after 90 days of work.

Also must have the following credentials:

Current BLS

Current PPD

Current Identification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

  • acute care: 1 year (Preferred)
  • home health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
