Summary

As a Host at Cover Two Sports Cafe, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Located in Connecticut, this role is essential in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued while contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times effectively.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle reservations and manage table assignments efficiently.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of Towne Hall Hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, particularly Aloha POS.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest relations.
