Elite Hospitality LLC is currently seeking a General Manager to join our team at our 100-room Compass by Margaritaville Flagler Beach hotel. This position requires hands-on experience in all phases of hotel management, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, sales and marketing, human resources and food and beverage for complimentary breakfast.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of communicating with a wide variety of people, including ownership and upper management, as well as hourly staff. Must be open-minded to a variety of guests and their individual needs. Must be able to determine how to meet these needs with the resources available, while meeting cost and labor goals.
• Must be able to recruit, train, and supervise employees
• A thorough understanding of front office operations, housekeeping operations, and maintenance operations. Includes developing and maintaining cost control and purchase strategies, as well as scheduling for the needs of our guests while meeting labor goals.
• Supervise work at all levels (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, supervisors, etc.) and set clear objectives
• Manage expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude with clients, guests, and employees

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Must have hotel management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
