HR Solutionist

HR Fit is looking for a talented, driven HR professional to join the team as a full-time HR Solutionist.

This position creates solutions for HR Fit and its clients. The HR Solutionist provides and coordinates HR services for HR Fit clients. It also may support the administrative and operational functions of HR Fit.

Duties:

• Provides direct human resources support for dedicated clients, coordinating hiring, basic employee relations, recruiting and other human resources items, as needed.
• Reviews client policies and procedures for alignment with best practices and compliance with relevant federal, state or local legislation and recommends necessary changes.
• Assists with developing, coordinating and recommending solutions for the improvement of client HR functions.
• Assists with developing consulting tools and training materials for HR Fit use.
• Develops methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and federal, state, and local legislation to ensure compliance.
• Researches management topics and potential courses of action.
• Assemble information relative to administrative topics and duties.
• Works on special projects as requested.
• Prepares and maintains reports as requested.
• Performs some clerical functions for HR Fit, including coordinating IT functions as requested.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years of work experience Human Resources, or related field required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Working Environment:

• Primarily works remotely, though some clients require regular on-site visits and meetings.
• Must be available during regular working hours (e.g. Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm).

Salary

• Commensurate with experience.
