This role supports the HR and finance departments by handling payroll processing, accounts payable functions, employee records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with payroll software, and a strong understanding of HR policies and accounting principles. Responsibilities
Human Resources - Provides administrative support including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, training, equal employment opportunity, and/or employee records. Compiles statistics for various HR management reports. Respond to routine questions on HR policy. Assist with patient complaint process.
Payroll - Prepares payroll and associated information including time sheets. Collates and verifies data. Updates payroll records and processes routine changes to employee records. Performs basic reconciliation and auditing processes during each pay cycle. Responds to pay-related inquiries from staff. Researches and resolves errors or omissions. May prepare payroll related reports. Assists with benefit administration and employee deduction disbursements.
Accounts Payable - Supports the day-to-day operational activities of an accounts payable department. Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify amounts owed. Records and processes payments for vendor invoices in accordance with internal accounting policies and oversees payment schedules. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable ledger to validate charges and ensure accurate and timely payments. Responds to vendor inquiries and assists with the research of any discrepancies in billings and payments. May utilize accounting software and systems to manage invoices and payments.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Human resources, Accounts Paybable, and Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
