Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR system management.
Duties
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize HR systems for data entry and reporting
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict management support
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in recruiting processes and leveraging recruitment tools
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP WorkforceNow
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently
- HR Certification preferred
