Job Overview
Nutex Health is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a robust HR and Payroll Team in the healthcare industry. Successful candidates will have a teachable spirit, work independently in a team environment, and possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages positive, supportive relationships with assigned client groups, providing a range of HR support, benefits, performance feedback, compensation.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Process leaves and educates employees on requirements.
- Coaches hospital leaders on progressive discipline and proper documentation.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and use critical thinking to solve issues.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Runs and analyzes ad-hoc reports in Workday.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience including Employee Relations, FMLA, and supporting 250+ employees and/or multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Or a certificate in Human Resources (optional with a minimum of 5 years experience).
- o Strong knowledge of multi-state employment labor laws
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software. Experience with VLookUp and Pivot Tables a plus.
- Ability to take initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and be an active, engaged member of a team.
- Ability to travel quarterly to assigned hospitals
- Experience with Workday is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
