Job Overview

Nutex Health is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a robust HR and Payroll Team in the healthcare industry. Successful candidates will have a teachable spirit, work independently in a team environment, and possess the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages positive, supportive relationships with assigned client groups, providing a range of HR support, benefits, performance feedback, compensation.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Process leaves and educates employees on requirements.
  • Coaches hospital leaders on progressive discipline and proper documentation.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and use critical thinking to solve issues.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Runs and analyzes ad-hoc reports in Workday.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience including Employee Relations, FMLA, and supporting 250+ employees and/or multiple locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Or a certificate in Human Resources (optional with a minimum of 5 years experience).
  • o Strong knowledge of multi-state employment labor laws
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software. Experience with VLookUp and Pivot Tables a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and be an active, engaged member of a team.
  • Ability to travel quarterly to assigned hospitals
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
