Summary of Duties
This position is responsible for coordinating and administering the personnel activities for the facility including Onboarding, Benefit Administration, Workers Compensation, HRIS, and payroll processing.
This is a full-time, exempt position that works 32 hours/ 4 days a week.
Education/Certifications/Experience
- DEGREE: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three (1) to three (3) years of related HR and/or payroll experience.
Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a progressive skilled nursing and long-term care center. Our beautiful campus is conveniently located at 14663 Route 68 Sligo, Pa.
Minimum of 3 years prior HR/Payroll experience. Bachelors degree preferred in HR or related field. Experience working in healthcare a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
