Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning

We’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple commercial cleaning accounts. This role ensures quality service, team performance, client satisfaction, and safety compliance across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cleaning operations at multiple sites
Schedule, train, and support cleaning teams
Conduct inspections and maintain quality standards
Serve as the main point of contact for clients
Resolve service issues and support account retention
Track labor, supplies, and basic reporting
Ensure safety and company policies are followed

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory or management experience (cleaning preferred but willing to train the right person)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Familiar with scheduling and inspection tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Work Environment
