Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and guide the Install Department to success
• Report departmental measurables to the Director of Operations
• Constantly seek ways to improve the Install Department's efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Motivated, loyal, professional, and dependable
• Strong sense of customer priority and satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Prior experience as a Lead Installer
• Ability to work in a team and lead by example

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
