Responsibilities:

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Install or replace ducting in homes or businesses
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 1- 3 years of roof work, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of HVAC installation and service required.
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces)
  • EPA Certification required
  • Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs and work on rooftops
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Must have a VALID and CURRENT state driver’s license with a clean DMV record
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
  • Thrive in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
