- Precisely diagnose and resolve HVAC equipment malfunctions and residential comfort concerns.
- Effectively communicate details about the Company's maintenance plan to customers.
- Provide informed recommendations for new equipment, offering cost-effective alternatives to costly repairs.

- EPA License required
- NATE Certification a plus but not required
- At least 2 years of experience repairing residential HVAC equipment
- Good communication skills
- Able to pass a background check with clean record
- Valid Drivers license & Clean driving record
- Service Titan experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
