HVAC Technician (AZ)

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians with expertise in heating and cool, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, ducting, and air circulation to join our team in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively, timely, efficiently and succinctly a core requirement.
• Install and maintain HVAC systems, including ground source and air source heat pumps.
• Travel for service calls as needed.
• Utilize necessary tools of the trade.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics of HVAC issues.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other contractors on site.
• Document installation and maintenance activities.
• Provide customer support and answer technical questions.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Conduct site assessments for HVAC installations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects.
• Travel for service calls as needed.

Qualifications:

• State and local specific HVAC certifications and licenses.
• Experience with both installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for service calls.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
