Job Description:

We are seeking a Hybrid Safety Professional / Field Engineer. This dual-role position is ideal for new graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who are eager to dive into the construction industry with a role that blends safety oversight with on-site engineering/construction management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and manage safety programs that adhere to both regulatory requirements and our high company standards.

· Conduct safety inspections and audits across various project sites to promote and enforce safety protocols.

· Facilitate safety training sessions and lead safety meetings to ensure all team members are well-versed in safe practices.

· Participate in the investigation of any incidents, compiling reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

· Assist in various engineering/construction management capacities, providing support to project management and site teams in project planning and execution.

· Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines, adapting to challenges and solving problems as they arise.

Qualifications:

· Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, ASP, or CSP are advantageous but not required.

· Up to 3 years of experience in a construction or safety role, with internships or cooperative education in a related field considered valuable.

· Strong foundational knowledge of construction and safety regulations, with a keen interest in developing further expertise.

· Exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to take on a leadership role in project safety and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
