Industrial Sandblaster/Painter

*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter & Mixed-Media Blaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint coatings (via airless sprayer) & media blasting (via blast pots) to various industrial equipment and structures.

*Responsibilities*
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and mixed-media blasting (Clemco, Marco)
- Diagnose & fix blast and sprayer equipment
- Apply paint using various methods such as airless spraying (Graco, Titan) brush, or roller
- Ability to mix paint kits
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Maintain painting equipment and tools in good condition
- Coordinate with other team members to meet project deadlines

*Requirements*
- Proficiency in industrial painting & blasting techniques and methods
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint & media accurately
- Experience with airless paint spraying and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work with various materials and surfaces including metal, wood, and concrete
- Familiarity with industrial painting, commercial painting, and manufacturing environments
- Mechanical knowledge to disassemble and reassemble painted components
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
