Overview:
We are looking for an organized Influencer + Ambassador Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and excited about working in a collaborative environment. This role involves assisting in the management and growth of our influencer + ambassador partnerships to drive brand awareness and revenue. Experience with Slack, Asana, and Roster, Grin or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of influencer and ambassador programs.
  • Communicate with influencer and ambassadors to provide support, share updates, and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials and resources to influencers/ambassadors.
  • Monitor influencer/ambassador activity, including tracking referrals, conversions, and commissions.
  • Help analyze program performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that engage influencer/ambassadors and drive results.
  • Research and identify potential new influencer/ambassador partnerships to expand the program.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer and ambassador marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ambassador programs, or influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms/tools.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box when designing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
