White Glove Exotic Services is hiring an In-House IT Professional

White Glove Exotic Services has just expanded into our brand-new 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Overland, MO — one of the most advanced exotic and European automotive campuses in the region. We’re building a truly unique, highly automated operation and need a skilled IT professional to own our technology infrastructure and help create one-of-a-kind systems.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking hardware and software
• Deeply understands complex automation — including workflows, scripting, integrations, and smart systems
• Is comfortable with both the technical side (design, configuration, troubleshooting) and the install side (running cable, deploying hardware, physical setup)
• Has experience working directly with development or technical teams
• Is a self-starter who enjoys solving challenging problems and building custom solutions

What you’ll do:

• Design, implement, and manage our Ubiquiti-based network infrastructure (UniFi switches, access points, security cameras, controllers, etc.)
• Build and maintain complex automation systems that streamline shop operations, client experience, inventory, and facility management
• Work directly with our Development team to create and refine a custom, one-of-a-kind integrated system tailored to our exotic automotive campus
• Handle both installs and advanced configuration — from running cable and deploying hardware to scripting and system optimization
• Troubleshoot and optimize network performance, security, and automation reliability
• Support day-to-day IT needs while continuously improving and scaling our tech stack

Pay:

• $30 – $40 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
• Full-time position with room for growth as the company and systems expand

This is a full-time, in-house role with significant creative and technical ownership. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how a premium exotic service and performance center operates through innovative technology.
