Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator position shall include but not be limited to the following qualifications, responsibilities, and activities:

  • Ability to always be team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Data-Driven (familiar with IRI/Spins reporting preferred)
  • Help the Inside Sales Team ensure a smooth sales process for all
  • Maintenance of General Account Information Sheets (Spec Sheets, Sell Sheets,
  • Best Practices Doc, etc.)
  • Maintenance of Master PPT Deck, Innovation Deck and Product Overview Deck
  • Maintenance of back-end infrastructure and organizational tools (Google Drive, etc.)
  • Manage master promo calendar and help communicate updates to sales team when promos are happening
  • Support Regional Sales Managers/Directors/Finance in entering promotions in iTPM
  • Daily tracking of Sales Order is designated tracker
  • Help manage relationship between internal sales and marketing departments in an effort to maximize sales results from promos and field marketing initiatives.
  • Key account management: administrative supporting key accounts that require heavy vendor support (i.e. Costco with Ops alignment, Walmart Retail Link, etc.)
  • Assist in paperwork needs (NIFs / paperwork needs, promo submissions, etc.)
  • Portal Management (1WorldSync, GS1, etc.)
  • Help process sample requests for buyers and brokers
  • Assist Director of Inside Sales on daily sales leadership objectives.
  • Assist in key account calls and management as needed (take notes during team calls, create action items list and share with the team post-meeting)
  • Travel to Company headquarters for meetings
  • Participate on weekly full squad calls


  • 1-2 years coordination experience in the building material industry is required
  • Ability to provide a full range of administrative / sales support
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Computer abilities
  • Basic math skills (count, add, subtract, multiply)
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
  • Perform work accurately and thoroughly

Job Type: Full-time
