Full job description
I3 Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Advisor to join our team! You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition revenue growth goals.
I3 is a Managed Services Provider providing technology solutions to small businesses across Michigan. This role is client-facing, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on strengthening relationships with our existing base of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through in-bound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Providing quoting for small projects and renewals for existing clients
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Working closely with key account managers, business technology advisors and C-level executives
Qualifications:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Candidates with the following would have an advantage:
- 3+ years experience in inside sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus opportunities for commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration (Preferred)
- 2+ years of industry sales experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
