I3 Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Advisor to join our team! You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition revenue growth goals.

I3 is a Managed Services Provider providing technology solutions to small businesses across Michigan. This role is client-facing, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on strengthening relationships with our existing base of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through in-bound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand client needs and requirements
  • Providing quoting for small projects and renewals for existing clients
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Working closely with key account managers, business technology advisors and C-level executives

Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Candidates with the following would have an advantage:

  • 3+ years experience in inside sales
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working in the IT industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus opportunities for commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of industry sales experience (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver’s License (Required)

  • Not Required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
