Inside Sales Representative

Your role:
- Outbound calling pro to prospective customers, and the ability to troubleshoot
- Building strong rapport with customers
- You'll become our in-house product pro who can share all the benefits and features of an award-winning eco-friendly product line
- Customer service with professionalism and flair
- Documentation using CMS

Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Good understanding of CRM's (HubSpot), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI)
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a bonus

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
