Position Open: Inside Sales Representative. Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Location: Medford, OR

What You’ll Do:

Build and successfully maintain customer relationships and, provide customer support for company products. Our companies are Industrial Source, LPM, National Extinguisher Service and National Fire Fighter Corp. The main focus for this position is Industrial Source.
Determine what customers want, help create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales support process
Problem- solve and actively seek solutions with grace & and integrity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Be the trusted primary point of contact for our customers while also working as a team with account managers in the field
Assist Account Managers in accurately onboarding new customers
Fully understand our products, brand, and customers
Provide vending machine support: creating re-stock orders and machine inventory troubleshooting
Pro-actively keep everyone informed with your professional communication
