Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines Property and Casualty

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Working Model: This will be an in office and a work from home role. Flexible days are optional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a personal insurance service agent
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, etc)
• Ezlynx Rating and Management System (we will train)
• Vonage (VOIP) Phone
