Insurance Customer Experience - Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our rapidly growing national insurance firm. We seek an energetic professional with prior insurance sales or service experience. Responsibilities

Responds promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails regarding policy coverages and claims.

Helps policy holders understand the policy contract. Make recommendations for coverage enhancements or policy changes; cross sell where applicable.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure department and individual goals are achieved.

Fostering and maintaining relationships with carrier underwriters.

Keep accurate records and notes on all client activities through the client management system.

Contact all customers at renewal to explain coverages, cross sell, and focus on retaining the business.

Work to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year Property & Casualty Experience (Required)

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Successful track record of meeting service goals/quotas preferred

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

People-oriented

Organized

Self-motivated

Detail oriented

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Commercial experience (Preferred)
